How to ensure that your request won’t be rejected?

Have you ever created a request for a car and it was rejected by the owner or the owner did not respond at all? We have some advice on what to do to get your requests accepted.

Request multiple cars at once

The more cars you request, the greater the chance that you will get the vehicle for your dates. Don’t worry, you will only be charged for the first confirmed request. That is, when one of the owners accepts the request, the rest of your requests are automatically canceled. You don’t have to worry about having multiple cars at once, or being billed for multiple trips

Notice! A car owner has 24 hours to confirm the reservation. The exception is requests for the same day. In this case, the owner has until the first day of the rental.

Choose a car with instant confirmation

What does instant confirmation mean? For the driver, this means that the system will automatically confirm the request and convert it into a binding reservation.

How to search for vehicles with instant confirmation? In the upper filter bar, select the option ”Instant confirmation” and you will see the vehicles for which the request will be automatically confirmed.

Tip: Instant confirmation only applies to requests sent more than 18 hours before the scheduled rental and the start of the rental must be between 8 am and 8 pm!

Plan ahead

Want to make sure you get the right car for your needs? Don’t leave the most important part to the last minute and plan ahead . Even the owner needs to take into account when to prepare the vehicle for you. Worried about losing money on a confirmed booking due to a change in plans? Not at all. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel the reservation no later than 3 days before the start of the rental .

Attention! If the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before the start of the rental, the owner has the right to demand up to a 50% cancellation fee.
