We want the handover of cars to be as safe as possible. That’s why we created a prevention station where you can clean your car for free. The station is available to all the HoppyGo users. There you can also arrange the car’s handover and return.
HOW DOES THE CLEANING WORK
First of all the vehicle is cleaned in gloves with disinfectant napkins. We focus mainly on exposed parts of the interior as of the steering wheel, gear lever, car keys and controls on the instrument panel. This part of the process takes up to 7 minutes.
Subsequently an ozone generator is placed into the car. It removes bacteria, viruses and fungus from the air-conditioning. As well as mold from the car. It is harmless even for allergic persons and asthmatics. We let the ozone work for about 15 minutes with the air-conditioning set to the recirculate air while the car is in neutral. In the end the car is ventilated to remove the ozone from the interior. The whole procedure takes upwards of 30 minutes.

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE ARRIVAL
- Get rid of any open food in the car.
- The vehicle should be void of dust and dirt.
- Wear a mask outside of the car.
