So when is the best time to choose a holiday date?
EASTER IS FIRST
Easter holidays are traditionally from Friday to Monday, which means 4 days off, even without taking an vacation days. But if you smartly plan your time off from April 10 to 19, you get a total of 10 days off while consuming only 4 days of personal leave. If you are going abroad for Easter, find out how they are celebrated in these countries so that you won’t be caught off by closed shops.
LEISURE TIME IN MAY
In May, two consecutive free Fridays will meet. Enjoy a full 10 days off from 1 to 10 May. You only have take 4 days of legal leave. How about a European roadtrip? The weather will be good for you and you can rent a larger travel van, or caravan, at HoppyGo.
CHRISTMAS TIME FULL OF LIGHTS AND FLAVORS
Christmas time is the richest time of year for public holidays, and most people like to link it to the New Year. If you plan to travel to the mountains or to more distant destinations, set aside enough time. Start on December 19 and enjoy your free time until January 3. You can enjoy December with 16 days off. It looks like good skiing. And best of all – you only need to use up 7 days of personal leave.
