With vouchers, the gift recipient chooses the vehicle themselves and has up to 2 500 different types and makes to choose from. The vouchers range in value from 1 000 CZK to 10 000 CZK.
How to buy gift vouchers?
Buying gift vouchers is the same as when you enquire about a vehicle on the website or app.
- You can find the gift vouchers on the website or in the app by selecting the body type “Voucher”.
- Here you can choose from vouchers worth 1 000 CZK, 2 000 CZK, 5 000 CZK and 10 000 CZK.
- Select any day on the calendar that works for you and proceed to payment.
- Write a short message, because you can’t go on without it.
- Pay the voucher in the same way as other online payments.
- Your “dummy” request will then be rejected, so you will receive a cancellation notice. For us, however, this means that you have paid the voucher and we will create a special discount code for you, which will be allocated just for you.
- We will then send you an email with the discount code and voucher in PDF form. You can print it, wrap it and put it under the tree.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of gift vouchers and how to redeem them can be found in the important document Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions. The most important ones are:
- The voucher buyer must have a verified and active account on the HoppyGo platform.
- The voucher can only be used to pay for the rental on the HoppyGo platform, it does not include rental insurance, refundable deposit or additional services, but only the car rental fee.
- The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of sale.
- If the recipient cannot be approved as a user on the HoppyGo platform, the funds for the purchase of the Voucher will be refunded to the purchaser’s account.
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed in full or in excess of the value of the voucher in one single transaction.
- If the full value of the gift voucher is not used or the lease is terminated early, the publisher will not refund the difference.
Frequently asked questions
1. I bought a voucher but missed a loved one’s wish. Is it possible to return the voucher?
Yes. You have 30 days to return it. Just contact us at info@hoppygo.com with the buyer’s email and the unique discount code. We will refund your money.
2. The recipient is under 25 years of age. Will he/she be able to use the voucher?
If the recipient is under 20 years of age, the offer will be limited to vehicles under 65 kW/tonne, and those with owner’s insurance.
If the recipient is between 20 – 25 years old, the offer shown will extend to all vehicles with their own insurance and vehicles with insurance from HoppyGo that have a power output of less than 65 kW / tonne.
3. Does the voucher also apply to insurance?
The voucher only applies to the rental amount of the vehicle.
4.How long is the voucher valid for?
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
